The book discuss security and intelligence issues as well as prospects that are ever germane to the military and equally cut across the spectrum of other security agencies, national, regional and global security interests. Basic issues that remain pertinent to National Security such as inter-agency co-operation, intelligence in support of democracy, military intelligence in a democratic setting and intelligence sharing in joint and combined operations are well articulated in this book. The papers in the book also cover strategic issues such as PSYOPS, liaison between security agencies in support of National Development, policy formulation, security reforms and the security dynamics in the Gulf of Guinea.
