Abstract
This research work examines how information technology (IT) efficiently transforms banking services when it becomes embedded within the corporate structure. The impact of the IT on the financial curriculum has been enormous. The purpose of this study is to discuss the use of the Information Technology for banking business in Nigeria, a case study of the FSB bank Nigeria Plc. New challenges resulting from IT and skills required by the bank under study are also discussed. Also, the knowledge of the Nigeria's financial institutions especially he banking sector on how IT assists them in managing and securing data and facts oriented decisions are reviewed.
